LAURENSUMMER SALON POLICIES
At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their LaurenSummer Salon experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
As a courtesy to our guests, we ask that only you come to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. Cellular devices are to be silent. If you have to be on Zoom/FaceTime please use headphones.
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at LaurenSummer Salon and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. 15 minutes past your appointment time slot may result into rescheduling, which will result into a cancellation and you will be required to pay a cancellation fee. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can see if we can still accommodate you!
All new clients are required to pay a $50 deposit when scheduling a color service. This will go towards the final cost of hair services. Your deposit is non refundable or transferable if you cancel/reschedule within a 48 hour notice! We understand life happens out of our control, but in the event of an emergency please reach out to the salon.
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, we will have to charge a cancellation fee up to the total amount of services being received that day.
